But it doesn’t have to be all the time.

Brainstorming and making personal connections are not the same through an internet connection.

But when it comes to completing highly focused, remote work is hard to beat. And data shows that workers are less prone to take time off sick, they work longer hours and often work evenings and weekends.

None of this is new.

So it’s a bit odd, that the balance between supporting in-person vs. remote work, seems to be reversing with many companies.

Because if you measure your workforce by the number of hours they spend in the office, rather than their outputs, then you’ve got a much bigger problem…
