You're probably the best salesperson, the final sign-off and quality control all rolled into one.
And several years in, and you're the highest-paid employee you've got.
But the difficult part is that working harder makes it worse. Every problem you personally solve teaches the business it can't really solve anything without you.
If you miss a week, the wheels might wobble. But if you miss a month, you might not want to think about it :-)
