Why A Growth Mindset Beats Hustle Culture

Is it just me or is the whole “hustle culture” thing I see in my newsfeed completely overrated?

You get all these influencers thinking the key to success is working themselves into the ground, sacrificing their health, relationships and entire lives for the slog.

Maybe it’s an age thing, but that’s not sustainable at all. The hustle lifestyle will burn you out before you know it. You’ll always be in this frantic, reactive mode, chasing the next shiny object.

If you’re playing the long game and have a growth mindset, you’re less likely to burn out and more likely to create permanent value.
