🟠 Own your infrastructure. Don’t be at the mercy of one-trick pony, lead generation ‘experts’. Far better that you own this capability yourself. In fact, we now build out the entire customer acquisition infrastructure on behalf of our partners as they scale up. There is too much RISK if your growth depends on third party ‘black boxes’.
🟠 Focus on mid-funnel. Even if you generate a sufficient volume of leads at the top of your sales funnel, you can ALWAYS do more to increase the conversion rate. The middle of the funnel – how you warm up and engage your leads – is where the magic happens.
🟠 Zero in on retention. Acquiring new customers is critical, but should not mean haemorrhaging existing customers. Otherwise your business will become UNSUSTAINABLE and get beaten by the competition.
With the right sales machine in place, you get to control the momentum and dramatically accelerate your growth.
