Build The Bench → A strong leadership team allows you to be more strategic and creates growth momentum towards an exit. Don’t underestimate what it takes to build the right team for the next level of growth.
Drive Recurring Revenue → You may already operate a MRR/ARR business model… if so, focus on increasing the topline numbers. If not, then find the shortest route possible to growing your recurring and reoccuring revenue.
