Will it?
We’re implementing AI into most of our businesses at the moment, but I’m sceptical about how AI is being used to filter candidates.
My experience says you should hire for the person with the right attitude, who can grow into the role.
That doesn’t mean they don’t need certain skills to do the job – or to have any kind of track record.
But if you focus to much on someone’s past to predict their future, you’re missing a trick.
Relying too heavily on CV analysis as a method of filtering the best candidates will only get you so far.
AI still has some way to go with finding the right people for your business…
